Mohammad Habibur Rahman
Personal Biography
Mr. Habib is a Senior Associate at the Firm and he mainly deals with Litigation, ADR, Corporate Advisory, Labour & Employment, and other criminal, civil and constitutional matters. Mr. Habib is an Advocate of the District and Sessions Judges’ Court, Dhaka and a Barrister-at-Law of the Lincoln’s Inn, UK. Prior to joining the A.S & Associates team, Mr. Habib has worked for other renowned law firms, namely ‘Legal Care’ and ‘Akhtar Imam and Associates’. Earlier, he simultaneously pursued his first LL.B. (Hons’) from School of Law, BRAC University and second Law Degree from University of London, UK and finished both in 2015 with first class and 2:1, respectively. He then finished his LL.M. with Highest Distinction in Intl. Human Rights Law as an International Scholar at Cardiff University, UK. Then, he pursued his PGDL Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at Cardiff University & finished it with ‘Very Competent’. During BPTC, his mark for the Civil Litigation was in top 05 within the BPTC student cohort of 2016-17. Mr. Habib is a member of the Human Rights Lawyers Association, UK & Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London.
