Personal Biography

Ibtida Farhat Tropa is one of the Senior Associates of A.S & Associates (the Firm) and an enrolled Advocate of Bangladesh. She has been associated with the Firm since 2013. Currently, she is the team leader of the Labour and Employment sector as well as involved in the field of Immovable Property. However, her major practice areas are Employment & Labour Issues, Banking and Financial Matters, Immovable Property, Local, International and Commercial Contracts, Charitable and Non-Profit Organizations, and Corporate Advisory. Ms. Tropa has immense knowledge in Land and Property related laws and its implication in common life. She also has wide expertise in Labour and Employment related matters and its practical implications in day to day life. In addition, she is knowledgeable in the field of charitable and non-profit organization issues. She is also an active contributor of the WJP Rule of Law index since 2018. With her wide range of experience and knowledge, she is continuously giving service to a versatile range of clients, including banks, corporations, and NGOs.
