Personal Biography
Mr. Habib Rahaman is an associate of A.S & Associates. Mr. Rahaman assists practice groups related to Corporate Advisory including restructuring and M&A, Corporate Financing, Immovable Property, Real Estate, Banking & Financial Matters, Taxation, Regulatory Matters and Data Protection Law & Privacy Law. He has the experience of assisting the practice leads in various assignments for clients including foreign lending in power projects, acquisition of power project company & restructuring of the project company and regulatory assessment of different kinds of products & services.
Mr. Rahaman joined A.S & Associates in 2017 as a research associate and later, promoted as an associate in 2019. Mr. Rahaman is enrolled as an advocate of the District & Session Judge Court by Bangladesh Bar Council in 2018.
