Personal Biography
Aminul Islam Shakil is an Advocate of Bangladesh Supreme Court. He holds an LLB (Hons) and an LLM degree with a specialization in Commercial Laws from the prestigious University of Dhaka. Previously, he served as a Lecturer in Law at Ranada Prasad Shaha University.
Before joining A.S & Associates he worked as an Associate Lawyer for few years at Farooq & Associates. He currently works as an Senior Associate of the firm. With a focus on corporate and commercial matters, he exhibits expertise in a wide range of legal areas, including intellectual property, media laws, data protection & digital security laws, banking & finance, telecommunications, labour laws, corporate litigation, and arbitration.
